  • Group Class

    Whether you join us as a beginner in our OnRamp program or as a seasoned individual, we always have one of our certified coaches leading you through each class.

    The coaches will scale each movement to suit your ability and our programming focuses on increasing your strength, conditioning & mobility.

    Our members range from new-to-fitness to competitive athletes & everything in between.

    West London provides a safe, supportive and encouraging space.

  • Kids & Teens

    We love being able to get kids moving! Our CrossFit Kids program is applicable for ages 5-12 with a focus on functional movement.

    Age appropriate equipment and game based play are used in these sessions to increase the natural capabilities of youth to stay active & healthy.

  • Personal Training

    Our team of coaches provide personalized programs in-person as well remote services.

    Personal training sessions are built around your specific goals and needs which also includes coached assessments to ensure that your program is the right fit!

    Your coach will design a program with recommendations for frequency of sessions and length of time to provide a proper progression in supporting your goals.
